qt5ct: Set GTK theme

[SOLVED] Qt 5.7: Widget style GTK is not longer available
  1. Install qt5-styleplugins and qt5ct
  2. Put QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt5ct (in SYSTEM: /etc/environment or USER: ~/.xprofile or ~/.xinitrc)
  3. If present, delete QT_STYLE_OVERRIDE
